On early-dismissal days the bus goes at dismissal and the afternoon starts earlier.
A school closing
A full day from 6:30 a.m.
When school is closed the day starts with breakfast and ends at 7:00 p.m., with more time for games, projects and the yard.

Step 1: 6:30 a.m.
Doors open. Children sign in, eat breakfast from home or from us and settle into free play.
- 9:00 a.m.
Step 2: 9:00 a.m.
Morning meeting, then a project that runs through the morning: building, cooking, art or a science table.
- 12:00 p.m.
Step 3: 12:00 p.m.
Lunch at the long tables, then a quiet hour with books, board games and drawing.
- 2:00 p.m.
Step 4: 2:00 p.m.
Gym or yard, depending on the weather, and a group game before afternoon snack.
- 4:00 p.m.
Step 5: 4:00 p.m.
Homework hour for anything the school sent home, then free play and the pickup window until 7:00 p.m.

The last child is signed out at the front door and the doors close.
